Sales sheet · Pays for itself

Own your agent layer. Don't rent it from the vendor you're trying to control.

Start with the answer: which seats you still need. Then move work onto agents you own, in your own cloud.

Two-page PDFs, one for State of California buyers and one for commercial buyers. No form required.

Want the full detail? Read the long-form buyer guide: State of California (PDF) · Commercial (PDF). Also no form.

In short: your platforms now sell AI agents metered by the conversation, action or credit, inside the estate you're trying to control. Every agent built there adds to the bill and makes the next renewal harder to walk away from.

The other path is a governed agent layer you own, in your own cloud, above every system of record. Start with a License Posture report that marks every seat keep, downgrade, convert or retire. Then move work onto the Agent Foundation and turn the findings into savings at renewal. Every recommendation is checked against your contract terms.

The problem

The easy button costs more than it looks

The AI button inside your platform is already approved and connected. What it does to the things you care about stays hidden until renewal.

What you hadWhat the vendor's AI turns it into
A seat count you could forecast and negotiateCredits, conversations and actions metered by the vendor, repriced at renewal
A system of record you could replaceA platform your workflows now live inside, too embedded to leave
One organizationSeveral vendor agents in separate boxes, each blind to the others, each with its own governance and bill

Step one

The License Posture report

Three questions most organizations can't answer: which seats still earn their keep, what the bill looks like over three years, and which workflows to move first.

What it readsWhat it produces
Entitlements: what you bought, by license class, tier and renewal dateA ranked report: every seat marked keep, downgrade, convert or retire, with evidence and dollar impact
Actual usage: logins, features used, API calls, per userA three-year forecast: status quo vs. drawdown vs. drawdown plus migration, timed to each renewal
Workflows: what still runs in the SaaS screens and what could moveA migration roadmap ranked by seats freed, effort and risk
Contract terms: license definitions, indirect-access clauses, true-down rightsA compliance check on every recommendation, so nothing creates audit exposure

Three decisions always stay with people. A licensing specialist confirms how each contract clause applies, your business owner approves every retirement, and your team runs the vendor negotiation with our help. The analysis never signs anything.

Step two

What you own instead: the Agent Foundation

Work flows from your people, through a layer you own, into whichever system holds the data. It runs in your AWS or Azure environment on your identity provider, with identity, policy, audit and a License Posture Agent that refreshes the report every quarter.

The vendor's AI subscriptionThe Agent Foundation subscription
Metered per conversation, action or credit; repriced at renewalA flat platform fee plus a per-workflow fee you choose
One layer per vendor, each with its own meter and governanceOne layer across all of them
Stacks on top of the seats you already pay forSits on a shrinking seat base and funds the work that brings it down

Every proposal includes a three-year model for your estate, so you can see the net.

Buying

How you buy it

Start with the report, then the layer.

ServiceWhat it isWhat you get
License Posture reportWe read entitlements, usage and contract terms for one SaaS estate and mark every seat. Fixed fee, scoped to the estate.A ranked report with evidence and dollar impact, and a three-year forecast, before you commit to a platform
Foundation SprintThe Agent Foundation deployed in your cloud, connected to two systems of record, one workflow moved off the SaaS screens. Fixed fee, scoped first.A layer you own, one workflow in production, and the License Posture Agent running
11:59 OperateWe run the layer: uptime, agent quality, incidents, governance, new workflows from a fixed-fee menu, and a quarterly report timed to your renewals. Monthly, on an annual term.A predictable line item and a running forecast of what the layer saves
License DrawdownBefore each renewal: validate findings, review contract terms for agent and indirect-access exposure, build your position, support the negotiation. Fixed fee.Seats retired or re-tiered at renewal, with the evidence to defend it

Who it's for

How it works for your organization

State of California

Your agency already pays for the platforms most of this runs on. The Foundation Sprint puts your first governed workflow on the Microsoft and AWS investments you've made, so modernization happens inside existing budget. The posture report shows program and ITSD leaders, in their own numbers, which seats the next renewal or M&O rebid no longer needs to cover. Contracted through CMAS 3-24-01-1044 or the TDDC MSA #5-22-70-25-189, with 11:59 software also available through the Software Licensing Program (SLP).

Modernize within what you already own, and walk into the rebid with a smaller scope and the evidence to defend it.

Commercial

Headcount is flat and the software bill isn't. The vendor's answer is to sell you its own metered agents. Yours is a layer where new work goes instead of new logins. Start with a License Posture report on the platform with the biggest renewal; 11:59 Operate runs the layer so your IT team doesn't take on a platform.

Operating leverage you own, and a renewal where you hold the numbers and the alternative.

Why 11:59

Why clients choose 11:59

  • Independent. No vendor partnership that depends on your seat count staying where it is.
  • Built, not theorized. The Agent Foundation is the governed control plane and audit trail we already run for clients.
  • Safe to scale. Every agent has an owner, tests and an audit trail, and runs in your own AWS account. We know how a CFO negotiates a renewal.
  • We run it. You own it. The platform, the build pattern, the reports and the forecast are yours.

Common questions

About Reduce Your SaaS Costs

Can AI agents let us cancel seats for people who still use the platform?

Not by themselves. Most contracts restrict agents acting for unlicensed users. Savings come from unused seats, tier downgrades and work moved to systems you already own, each checked against your terms.

Which platforms does this apply to?

Any large SaaS estate with per-user licensing, such as CRM, ERP and service desk platforms. The first report covers one estate.

Isn't this just trading one subscription for another?

Yes, but one grows with the vendor's meter and makes the vendor harder to leave; the other gets cheaper as seats come down and stays yours if you stop paying.

Next step

Start with a License Posture report on the platform with your nearest renewal, or with an AI Rapid Scan if licensing is one of several questions. Both are scoped to the effort and quoted before we start.
