Chuck Czajkowski

Co-Founder

Chuck has spent more than 20 years in IT professional services, helping State of California clients achieve the art of the possible.

He has deep experience in public health and immunization technology, working with the California Department of Public Health's Immunization Branch for over 15 years, including guiding 11:59's support of the branch's COVID-19 response.

Chief Technology Officer

Tim sets 11:59's technical direction, from cloud and cybersecurity to application development and data analytics, so the technology we use and build meets today's needs and prepares clients for tomorrow.

He has more than 20 years in technology development and consulting. Before 11:59 he was a Solutions Executive at TEKsystems, shaping business solutions through software architecture.
