With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Alex has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, guiding the company through periods of innovation and transformation. His leadership is grounded in core values of commitment, integrity, collaboration, curiosity, and respect, which he exemplifies in every aspect of his work.
A recognized thought leader, Alex is the author of the best-selling book Measure, Execute, Win!, where he outlines strategies for leveraging data to make better decisions and drive business success. He is also a passionate advocate for the role of automation and AI in today’s fast-evolving business landscape, constantly exploring how these technologies can shape the future of digital transformation.
Throughout his career, Alex has remained focused on delivering value and results, whether through thought leadership, advancing new technologies, or fostering a culture of innovation at 11:59. Chuck Czajkowski
Co-Founder
As a founder of 11:59, Chuck has been working for the past 20 years in IT professional services helping public sector clients achieve the ‘art of the possible’. He has worked extensively in the public health space with an emphasis on immunization technology practices. Chuck has worked with CDPH’s Immunization Branch on and off for over 15 years and has helped guide 11:59’s projects through the pandemic in support the branch’s response to the COVID-19 crisis.
He has also led several projects directly for the CDC including assessments of multiple states IISs from a technology and operations perspective.
Chuck and his wife, Marcia, live in the Sacramento area with their two children. Chuck also enjoys live music and tinkering with his vinyl record collection.

Alison Moye
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at 11:59, Alison leads the charge in delivery, client experience, legal, IT, and contracts. Her mission? To drive growth, spark innovation, and ensure every change aligns seamlessly with the company’s broader strategy. Whether integrating new technology, improving processes, or strengthening client relationships, she’s all about making things work better and smarter. With a rich background in management consulting, she’s helped organizations across the commercial, nonprofit, and government sectors navigate complex technology transformations. No matter the challenge—whether in people, processes, or technology. Alison’s sharp organizational skills and relentless drive ensure that change isn’t just managed but mastered.
Before 11:59, Alison spent 20+ years in consulting and management across Arthur Andersen, KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

David Lindstrom
Chief Growth Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Growth Officer, David ensures all teams driving revenue—marketing, sales, innovation, and delivery—work seamlessly together. In previous roles, he led teams that secured over $30 million in services, developed a $250 million public sector pipeline, and introduced cloud-based technology solutions that streamlined operations and improved customer experiences. These efforts boosted satisfaction scores by about 20% and achieved an average 200% return on investment.
In 2023, he started the 11:59 Lab, an innovation hub focused on exploring emerging technologies, resulting in advanced AI and Web3 solutions and new market offerings. With a strong background in managing large consulting projects and creating customer-focused growth strategies, David consistently delivers impactful results.
Before joining 11:59, David spent over 11 years at Deloitte Digital, where he developed a deep understanding of the challenges public and private sector organizations face when making technology decisions within tight budgets and limited resources. At 11:59, he’s committed to helping clients overcome these challenges with practical, tailored solutions that deliver meaningful results. Supporting clients through every step of the journey is central to his leadership and approach.
David is based in San Diego, CA, and spends his free time mentoring students and young professionals as they navigate their professional careers. He also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife, Jessie, and newborn son, Henrik.

Tim Collinson
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at 11:59, Tim is at the helm of the company’s technical direction, guiding investments and overseeing everything from cloud computing and cybersecurity to application development and data analytics. His job is to ensure the tech we use and develop meets today’s needs and sets us up for success tomorrow.
With over 20 years of experience in tech development and consulting, Tim has seen it all. Before joining 11:59, he was a Solutions Executive at TEKsystems, leading the way in shaping business solutions through software architecture. Throughout his career, Tim has always focused on creating software that solves today’s challenges and positions organizations for future growth and innovation.

Mary Ludloff
Chief Marketing Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mary’s primary focus is to shape 11:59’s brand and identity, ensuring the company vision is accurately and effectively communicated across all channels. Additionally, Mary plays an active role in driving the company’s growth initiatives by seeking out opportunities to promote 11:59’s services while aligning all marketing efforts with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Prior to 11:59, Mary held several executive leadership positions across a range of technology sectors, including VP of Business Development and Communications at AppSheet and Head of Marketing for Google Cloud AppSheet.
