Allmoxy, LLC, a leading enterprise management software provider for the commercial woodworking, cabinetry, and closet industry, has always kept innovation and customer satisfaction top of mind. They were facing scalability and reliability challenges with their out-of-date on-premises application, which caused frequent downtime and limited observability. Allmoxy needed a modern infrastructure to support them as they grew and to enhance their service reliability.

We came on board to help modernize Allmoxy’s infrastructure through a phased migration strategy. After a detailed assessment, we created a secure and efficient cloud environment with a serverless architecture and automated processes. This new cloud environment increased scalability, reduced cost, and improved operational efficiencies. We also leveraged AI-powered insights to introduce some new features, like waste reduction.

Challenge

The City of San Diego recognized a significant problem for small businesses in their community–they lack the resources to protect themselves against cyberattacks, leaving them exposed and vulnerable. In response to the escalating complexity and frequency of cyber threats, they created a team (including us) to create “My eCISO,” a generative AI conversational agent.
Approach

The chatbot conducts dynamic interviews with its users to assess their organization’s cyber security posture and maturity. Upon completion of the interview, a report is generated with a letter grade and tailored recommendations on how the organization can improve its cyber security posture.  
Outcome

This project leveraged AWS’s scalability and our Generative AI capabilities to offer dynamic interviewing and customized, advanced security recommendations. Doing so equips businesses of all sizes with the tools to effectively protect their data, thus democratizing cybersecurity across San Diego’s diverse business landscape.

The pilot was built using large language models, network and knowledge graphs, complex data engineering, and real-time integrations. Challenge

The City of Chula Vista is growing, but with a limited budget, its public-facing staff struggled to balance their regular tasks while managing an increasing number of public inquiries and requests. The City began exploring solutions to provide residents with more self-service options to ease the burden on staff.
Approach

We developed a Generative AI pilot for internal testing to explore how AI could help address these challenges. The pilot was designed to assist public-facing staff by quickly retrieving accurate information about the City, public events, and decisions made at City Council meetings—without requiring a formal inquiry. It leveraged over 100 years of City data to provide comprehensive responses.

Challenge

A healthcare organization was facing an urgent issue with its outdated training system. The system was running on a legacy server and was set to be shut down. The platform struggled to keep up with its over 200,000 users regarding scalability, resilience, and security. This organization was at risk of falling behind its customer demands if it didn’t take a more modern approach.

We came in to help the organization successfully migrate its training system to a cloud-based platform. Moving to the cloud came with a variety of benefits, some of which included single sign-on (SSO), enhanced security, and improved communication tools. Thanks to our hands-on approach to project management and technical support, we ensured that this project went off without a hitch.
